Catering Sales Consultant Show Description and Duties We are seeking an energetic, professional sales consultant to grow our already successful catering division. This person will be responsible for soliciting and following up on sales leads. This individual will develop positive customer relations to ensure we obtain and retain client accounts. Sous Chef Show Description and Duties We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef for one of our Downtown locations. Responsibilities include attending weekly production meeting with Senior Culinary Team to review menus, developing production schedule focused on quality, conduct daily kitchen meetings, conduct continual kitchen walk-though of the kitchen, coolers and productions areas, calculate inventory dollar figure and work communicate to Accounting.
